• If swapping: Verify that you have done more than just approving the token for a trade.
• If withdrawing from Kashi: Check the ‘Portfolio’ section to see if your funds have ended up in Bentobox instead of your wallet.

If the token appears in the block explorer but not on your wallet UI, you will have to add the token to your wallet via it's contract address.

If only a partial number of tokens arrive to your wallet, check the white paper of that particular token to see if there is a vesting schedule. If there are no restrictions, slippage/price impact could have been applied to your trade.
