You can switch from one account to another through the MetaMask UI. Click on the ‘Profile Icon’ at the top right corner of the interface. A drop down menu with all the accounts you've connected to will be displayed.

If the wallets are not switching properly for some reason, you can click on the word 'Connected' (or 'Not Connected') on the top left corner of the UI. From there, an option to disconnect/switch your wallets will appear accordingly.
