When you stake SUSHI in the SushiBar you will receive xSUSHI. It represents your rights to a portion of the SUSHI in the SushiBar.

Every time fees are served to the SushiBar (swapped for SUSHI and sent to the bar) the ratio between SUSHI & xSUSHI changes.

xSUSHI's value against SUSHI will always increase since it's worth more SUSHI every time fees are sent to the bar. Your xSUSHI amount in your wallet will never change but it’s redemption rate will be worth more SUSHI over time - UP ONLY! 🍣.

xSUSHI is considered an ERC20 token. It will still continue to earn yield from the SushiBar even if you trade it or send it to another wallet. However if you lose your xSUSHI token, you will not be able to redeem any of your SUSHI.

You can track or serve the bar via Boring Finance. The staking interface and analytics will always keep you updated on the ratio and APR of xSUSHI.
